A nutrition diary that sits next to your workouts
How ShrunkShank nutrition logging works: structured meal entries, optional AI review, recipe tags, and days you can share with your coach.
Training logs without food context miss half the story. ShrunkShank keeps a nutrition diary next to your workouts — not a separate diet app bolted on.
Each day is a list of structured entries: meal, drink, or snack. You can copy a whole day, duplicate a single entry to another date, and tag a recipe on meal entries so ingredients and steps fill in when you want them.
Optional AI daily review it looks at the day’s food, same-day workouts, and recent days, then returns ranges, what went well, tweaks, and recovery-oriented follow-ups. It is guidance for your own training habit — not medical or dietetic advice.
If you have a coach, they can read the days you share with them. New days follow your sharing setting, and you can make any single day private.
Recipes live in their own library: private by default, shareable by email or with a coach.
If you already log workouts in ShrunkShank, add a few meal entries for a typical training day and try an AI review when the feature is enabled for your account.
